- According to ResMed Warranty Policy, Care For You Company Limited (Care For You) is the only authorized organization to provide the warranty and repair service in Hong Kong

- According to ResMed Warranty Policy (details on User Guide):
- Warranty is void on product sold, or resold, outside the region of original purchase.
- Warranty claims on defective product must be made by the initial consumer at the point of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover repairs carried out by any service organization that has not been expressly authorized by ResMed to perform such repairs.
- This warranty is only available to the initial consumer. It is not transferable.
- Care For You is the only authorized repair centre of ResMed products in Hong Kong.
- Extended annual service fee after warranty: HK$1,000 for S9 CPAP, HK$1,500 for S9 APAP, HK$1,200 for S10 CPAP and HK$2,000 for S10 APAP (applicable to device purchased from Care For You only).
- Extended annual service includes free labor charge, free shipping fee between Hong Kong & Australia (if any), a free loaner device during repairing and 30% discount off on parts.
